Godson’s Baptism

On November 18 we were priveleged to be a part of Thomas Edward Scott’s baptism as his Godparents. While he slept quietly during the beginning of the church service, as soon as it came to his turn in the spotlight he excercised his lungs during the baptism. Our friends Sarah and Chris have nicknamed Thomas, Simba, since the baptism ended with the pastor holding him up in front of the congregation like Simba from the Lion King Moive.

Welcome our new subscriber Thomas Edward Scott

We got to meet one of the cutest babies on earth, Thomas Edward Scott, whose parents are Ross and Sue Scott (our former roommates while they were building their house). Weighing in at 8 pounds and 14 ounces and measuring 23 inches, he was born on 9/5/07 at 10:10 A.M. after a 30 hour long labor. He slept during our visit; let’s hope for Mom and Dad it stays that way for a while!
