Meaghan and I went for a short hike Saturday, up Mount Wachusett. Both of us have been looking to go for a little exercise since walking around Europe on our vacation. We started from the parking lot at Administration Road; Westminster Road in Princeton, MA. We started on the Echo Lake Trail, so that we could stop and take a quick look at Echo Lake. We then took the High Meadow Lake Trail to summit of Mt. Wachusett. We took a couple of photographs from the summit, looking towards Mount Monadnock and a couple of the skyline of Boston. After grabbing a quick snack we then decided to take the Midstate Trail back to our car. This trail took us by the new Windmills being constructed.
